Today is the first day of our new family blog.
Today, while waiting for water to boil for hot cocoa...I flipped on the radio and the girls and I were overwhelmed with the need to dance and hula in the rain.
It happens. It is magic and wonderful.
It has been one fabulous day in the rain.
While hula hoping, it is good to focus on something else intently instead of thinking about what you are doing for maximum spin time.
It is interesting to note that the hula hoop was banned in Japan and that the Soviet Union said that the hula hoop was an example of the "emptiness of American culture." It existed in ancient Egypt...and I am certain that Cleopatra was a hula girl! There is no other way to rule the world.
Speaking of ruling the world....Maya may be the first woman president. She has a secret plan and a good one. Just in case you were wondering....
Well, I plan to update everyone as frequently as I can on our new blog. We love you and enjoy your Happy Thanksgiving vacation.

Did you know that Michelle Obama and Malia and Sasha love to hula hoop. That must be how they all stay so trim and shapely! Just like you.
